If you want to substitute honey for sugar in a recipe here's how to adjust your recipe:
- Use 1/2 cup honey in place of 1 cup sugar
- Decrease liquid by 1/4 cup for every cup of honey used.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda for each cup honey and decrease baking powder by 1 teaspoon.
