Recipe History: During the past holidays, I was short of sweetened condensed milk, so I went on line and found this substitute recipe on Cooks.com. The bars I baked turned out fine!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tblsps floour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well, and use as a substitute for sweetened condensed milk in recipes for pies, bars and desserts.
