Recipe History: I've been making this recipe for over thirty years for holidays or weekend parties. The grand-kids love it!
Ingredients:
1 pkg Pastrami (wafer thin such as Buddig)
2 eight oz. pkg cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcester Sauce
1 tablespoon grated or dry onions
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup crushed nuts
1 tablespoon dry parsley
Directions:
- Combine pastrami, cream cheese, worcester sauce, onions and garlic salt
- Mix together well and form a ball
- Combine nuts and parsley in shallow bowl
- Roll cheese ball mixture in nut and parsley mixture until coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap, forming into tight, round ball
- Chill overnight
