Recipe History: Found this recipe ages ago. It's a tasty and easy way to use up leftover roast beef!
Ingredients:
2 to 2 1/2 cups leftoever roast beef, cubed
1 large onion, sliced
water
1 small can green chilies, chopped
2 tablespoons El Patio sauce
1 tablespoon Flour or corn starch
Flour tortillas
Directions:
- Combine beef and onion in pan with just enough water to cover, and simmer until onions are tender
- Add green chilis and El Patio sauce and simmer 5 more minutes
- Blend flour or corn starch in 1/2 cup water until blended (adjust according to desired thickness)
- Add to meat mixture and cook until thickened.
- Roll in flour tortillas.
