Recipe History: This recipe came from Lyle Kelly's former wife, Pat
Ingredients:
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
48 stuffed green olives (approx. 8 oz)
Directions:
Blend cheese and margarine well.
Stir in flour.
Add salt and paprika.
Cut dough into one-fourths; with each fourth, divide into 12 rectangles.
Wrap each olive, then roll into a smooth ball.
Firm in refrigerator before baking.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet in preheated 400 oven for 15-20 minutes.
Tip: To make ahead, place in refrigerator to firm, then freeze in plastic bags.
