Recipe History: Since I've grown tomatoes the past couple of years, I had to learn about what to do with them after they are picked, and I have too many on hand!
Ingredients:
2 lbs Tomatoes, washed well
1 quart water
Directions:
Dip tomatoes into boiling water for 30 seconds or until skins start to split.
Immediately dip in cold water.
Drain, core and remove skin.
Tip: Use like canned tomatoes
