Turkey Rub

Ingredients:
1-1/2 tsp Thyme
1-1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sea salt



Combine all spices and rub over turkey skin just before roasting.
Makes enough for 1 turkey.
